Last Friday, November 3rd, RODI Industries S.A. acquired the total shareholding of RESTONE, Lda., a Portuguese company specialising in producing shower trays and basins crafted from a blend of resins and mineral fillers.

This strategic investment aligns with the growth plan set for the RODI Home business area, adding a new range of bath solutions to complement its existing portfolio of kitchen sinks and accessories.
With this acquisition, RODI Home enhances its presence throughout different areas of the home, strengthening its position in this industry.
