RODI Industries integrates Restone into ASD Bath

RODI Industries strengthens its presence in the bathroom sector with the integration of Restone into ASD Bath, further consolidating the Group’s position as an industrial benchmark.

Completed on January 1, 2026, this operation is part of RODI Industries’ long-term growth strategy, focused on valuing national production, industrial specialisation, and the development of strong, competitive brands at an international level.

A stronger brand. A broader portfolio.

The integration of Restone into ASD Bath results in a single, stronger brand, better prepared to meet market demands. With this merger, ASD Bath now brings together the complete product offering, production capacity and know-how previously shared between the two companies, ensuring total continuity in commercial relationships while maintaining the high standards of quality and service recognised by the market.

The product portfolio is also reinforced with the integration of shower tray models into the Planstone range, previously manufactured by Restone. This expanded offering allows ASD Bath to respond more effectively to market needs, particularly in segments such as architecture and hospitality.
